Corona-Virus & Lockdown “A Mental health crisis”?


Above 3, 00,000 deaths claimed all over world and 20% of world wide population are under lockdown to save their families and respective community.


These restrictions over anything directly effect on our mind. Our time in lockdown has been tough on mentally & we mostly do not want to talk on it enough.


Staying indoor can easily prevent us from this corona virus but we are forgetting about our mental health.


Not everyone worrying about their mental health just they are worried about their physical health, People think if they stay at home indoor like that soon they will be get fat or week.


During lockdown people eating food are very unhealthy like fried chips, homemade burger, chicken, homemade fast food, butter, bread, egg and many more, they do not walk, exercise so they getting their belly fats.


Some of people are very conscious about their health but they need some walk in evening for at least 2 hours but can’t do it in lockdown.


Working out, playing indoor games with family can be easy alternative to stay active & most importantly stay happy.


Relaxing of mind brings peace in life, stay safe stay healthy.


Do not eat healthy food, oily things, low sugar in tea and other drinks is getting fit and healthy.
